The Transporter Delivery van’s generous load compartment is impressive in both functionality and diversity. Depending on the wheelbase and roof height, it offers a payload of 0.8 to 1.4 t and a load compartment volume of 5.8 to 9.3 m3. Thanks to the almost vertical side panels, this volume can effectively be loaded to full capacity.

The three TDI engines combine high torque with low fuel consumption and are operated with common rail technology for the first time. This leads to greater levels of pulling power and lower emissions. All TDI engines fulfil the Euro 5 emission limits and are equipped with diesel particulate filters as a standard. Now you can enjoy high-tech with a clear conscience.

The permanent all-wheel drive 4MOTION delivers power to all four wheels as required, which facilitates optimal manoeuvrability and steering on all terrains. 4MOTION ensures good traction and directional stability, even in poor surface conditions. And for those of you who often drive off the beaten track, a manual differential lock for the rear axle is available as an option.

The new sriver assistance systems - now even more convenient and safe.
An intelligent safety concept supports you while you drive and aims to protect you from injuries in the event of an accident. The cruise control allows you to select and set a speed of 30 km/h or more. The parking assistance system Rear Assist displays pictures taken by the rear view camera on your radio navigation system to offer you an improved view of the area behind your vehicle. The headlights come with a coming/leaving home function and automatically switch on when it gets dark to illuminate the area when you get in and out of your vehicle.

A Transporter must offer more than simply moving people and products from A to B. In practice, it often serves as a mobile office and much more. This is why the Transporter has an extremely high level concerning passenger compartment and driving comfort. From the ergonomically shaped seating with optional lumbar support to the driver assistance systems as well as the radio and navigation systems – nothing is lacking. And, of course, it all comes in the high material and manufacturing quality you have come to expect from Volkswagen.

The already impressive amount of stowage facilities can be further extended upon demand. As an option, the 2-seater front passenger bench seat is available for all models with an integrated and folding stowage tray in the backrest, which can be used as a table surface. A leather multi-function steering wheel is also available for all models as an optional extra.
